Duke hires Vincent – a pilferer-repeter. Vincent has to steal golden keys to Jesus’s death for him. The keys are hiden in Vatican, in shrine of saint Lukе and Vatican doesn’t even suspect of these keys.

Vincent becomes Pope’s personal assistant. He enters St.Paul’s Cathedral, finds the shrine and opens it. He sees the saint ashes and admires the golden keys. Vincent can hardly hide when he sees Pope and escapes with the keys.

Vincent makes Cardinal Pius bring the shrine out, and Duke’s servants – agents De Vitoe and Capone take it away. Duke discovers that the keys disappeared, he orders his servants to find Vincent with the keys.

Vincent sees the keys, panics and decides to sell them in Rome and take off. In Rome Vincent escapes from the agents, who hunt for him with guns and kill cops.

It’s time for Edgar Goover, the special service agent, to enter the business. Cardinal Pius who was turned out Vatican appears in Rome. Vincent meets Ivan – the only person who knows about the keys and their fate.

Vincent, Pius and Ivan plan to reach Moscow to destroy the Devil’s tramp. The tramp-death is located in St. Basil’s and may be destroyed with the golden keys. But agents De Vitoe and Capone trace them, after the skirmish Vincent and Ivan die. Edgar Goover killed them. He advices the agents to takes the keys and deliver them to Duke.

Vincent’s soul falls into purgatory and tries to meet Jesus. But nobody can find him and believes the Duke’s used the keys.

The agents don’t find the keys, Cardinal Pius who escaped Edgar Goover takes them. The agents go to Vatican to ask the questions about Pius.

The agents find Pius in Rome, he gives them back the keys, but those are not the same keys. The agens kill Pius, Duke jails the agents.

But Pius manages to bring the keys to purgatory, Alexander Borgia takes them away from him, Vincent sees the keys and believes Borgia is Duke’s assistant who killed Jesus.

Jesus hears the name of Duke, Vincent tells him everything. Jesus goes to Duke’s residence to clear up the situation, he makes a decision not to kill Duke to keep the balance between good and evil.

Jesus hires Vincent as a personal assistant instead of Borgia, Borgia works for Duke, the shrine is sent back to Vatican. The agens are forgiven, Ivan and Pius are hired by Jesus.

Jesus and Duke are safe and sound.
