Понятие «тонкой энергии», само по себе – неправомочно, т. к. энергия отдельно от материи не существует, а является свойством материи, которое проявляется при переходе материи из одного качественного состояния в другое, – Прим. Н. Левашова.

Общепринятая терминология в этой области не соответствует действительности. Материя не может быть «толстой» или «тонкой». Материи просто обладают разными свойствами и качествами. Например, солнечный свет, который является материей и признан таковым официальной наукой, никто не смог «пощупать», «взвесить» или измерить линейкой. Но это не говорит о том, что свет является «тонкой материей». Кроме того, любое физически плотное вещество при аннигиляции переходит в свет (в волновую форму материи), – Прим. Н. Левашова.
